Rotary Watches

Like most notable watches, Rotary Watches Ltd. was established in Switzerland by Moise Dreyfuss.  Dreyfuss opened the factory in 1895 in a Swiss town called La Chaux de Fonds and later on, family members of this establishment began to import rotary watches to Britain. Georges and Sylvain Dreyfuss created the Rotary logo, the “winged wheel” as a symbol of the company.

Years later, the British Army received supply after supply of watches from Rotary Watches Ltd, which ultimately became the official supplier for the army.  With Rotary quality watches in high demand, the company has seen several years of success and expansion. Rotary Watches kept its tradition of family members managing the company. In 1987, Robert Dreyfuss joined Rotary while continuing its legacy. Quite recently, the headquarters of Rotary moved to London.
